This explains what Maxey Air Conditioning & Heating does with the information you give us through this website or over the phone.
When you fill in a form on this site or call the number on it, we collect the details you give us — typically your name, phone number, email address and a description of the work you need. We do not ask for payment details through this website.
We use your details for one thing: to get back to you about the work you enquired about, and to carry it out if you go ahead. We do not sell your information to anyone.
Only Maxey Air Conditioning & Heating and the people working on your job. We may share details with a supplier if your job needs a part ordered, and with anyone we are legally required to.
We keep enquiry and job records for as long as we need them to do the work, honour any guarantee on it and meet our tax and legal obligations. After that they are deleted.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 580-237-9604 and we will sort it out.
